Product Introduction

The 304 stainless steel lined refrigerated truck body is designed for cold-chain work where hygiene standards are strict. The interior lining is 304 stainless steel (2B finish, 1.2–1.5 mm thick), fully welded and polished to eliminate the crevices and weld corner gaps where bacteria can hide. The floor is a one-piece seamless stainless steel design with an integrated T-type drain channel, so wash water drains away quickly during cleaning.

The outer skin can be FRP or pre-coated aluminum, and the insulation core is high-density polyurethane. The stainless steel lining withstands high-pressure hot-water washing and chemical sanitizers, resists corrosion and rust over long service, and cuts cleaning and maintenance costs considerably. The body is especially suited to meat, seafood, and dairy transport, where hygiene matters most.
