Product Introduction

The 4.2 m ventilated day-old chick transport truck is Binglingfang (Qingdao Yakai)'s cost-effective answer to short-haul young poultry delivery. Ventilation is the core of the body design: while driving, natural airflow enters through the vents (passive ventilation); when stopped or moving slowly, fans force air out (active ventilation). Fresh air keeps moving through the compartment without depending on refrigeration equipment.

The body is built with glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) skin over insulating material — the same construction used on standard refrigerated trucks, not an ordinary box van. Internal dimensions are 4,080 × 2,100 × 2,200 mm, with a standard two-tier stainless steel rack system holding 232 standard chick boxes (about 23,200 chicks). The blue-plate rating means a C license is enough to drive it; top speed is 110 km/h, making it a practical fit for hatchery short-haul delivery and small operators. Options include a refrigeration unit of the same type used on refrigerated trucks as a supplementary air conditioner (limited effect, suited to short trips or mild weather), floor heating/diesel heater, spray system, video monitoring and temperature sensors.
