The 7.6m Constant Temperature Chick Transport Truck is a flagship day-old chick transport solution developed by Qingdao Yakai Automotive under the Binglingfang brand. With 18 hatchery carts, each holding 26 chick boxes for a total of 468 standard chick boxes, this model is engineered for medium-to-large hatcheries and poultry distributors requiring reliable climate-controlled transport over extended distances. The cargo compartment is constructed with FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) skin over high-density polyurethane foam insulation, delivering excellent thermal retention and structural durability. Integrated with eight independent systems—refrigeration, heating, environmental control, humidification, loading/unloading, air filtration, real-time monitoring, and emergency backup—the 7.6m constant temperature truck maintains a stable internal environment of 22–26°C with CO₂ concentration kept below 3000 PPM throughout transit. The unit can be mounted on Dongfeng Tianjin or FAW Jiefang chassis, offering a balance of payload capacity and maneuverability suitable for both highway and regional road conditions.
