The Chick Transport Truck with Humidification & Misting System from Binglingfang counters this challenge with an integrated high-pressure misting system that maintains optimal relative humidity within the cargo compartment. A high-pressure water pump delivers water through a network of stainless steel tubing to fine mist nozzles strategically positioned throughout the cargo ceiling. The mist is atomized to micron-sized droplets that evaporate quickly, raising humidity without wetting chick boxes or bedding. The system is governed by a relative humidity controller that activates misting cycles automatically when humidity drops below a configurable setpoint. The water supply tank is constructed from food-grade materials, and the entire circuit is designed for easy flushing and sanitation between loads. Stainless steel plumbing eliminates corrosion risk, and the system integrates with the existing environmental control panel for unified monitoring and data logging.
