Product Introduction

The 9.6 m constant temperature day-old chick transport truck is the large-capacity flagship of Binglingfang's constant temperature series, built for high-volume trunk transport of young poultry. Several MIIT-approved models are available, with the chassis matched to customer requirements. It carries a complete air conditioning system driven by an independent engine (8 integrated systems): refrigeration, heating and environment control run automatically all the way, making it a genuine air-conditioned truck.

The body is built with glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) skin over high-density polyurethane insulation. External body dimensions are 9,606 × 2,550 × 2,756 mm, and the usable load area is 8,100 × 2,420 × 2,470 mm. The standard configuration is 24 loading trolleys × 26 boxes each, for a total of 624 standard chick boxes (about 62,400 chicks). A stainless steel floor and a Kaizerli hydraulic tail lift come standard for efficient loading and unloading. The chassis is matched to mainstream brands and powertrains per customer requirements.
