Product Description
The Chick Transport Truck with Backup Diesel Generator is a specialized variant of the Binglingfang constant temperature chick truck, designed for operations where ventilation continuity matters. A chassis-mounted diesel generator is added as backup power for one dedicated job: keeping the compartment ventilation fans running. When the main environment control system is off, or on long runs where extra airflow is needed, the backup generator powers the fans so fresh air keeps circulating and chicks are not suffocated by stale air.
The backup package also includes an auxiliary battery bank that can power the ventilation fans on its own for about 2 hours, covering short stops or engine-off periods. Note that the backup generator and battery bank power the ventilation fans only — they do not drive the air conditioning. Heating and cooling are provided by the truck's independent engine-driven air conditioning system, which holds the compartment at 22–26 °C and CO₂ within 3,000 PPM during normal operation. The cargo box maintains the same FRP-skinned insulated construction used across the Binglingfang range, with full eight-system integration available.
