Every corner is fabricated with radius bends rather than right angles, eliminating the crevices where organic material can accumulate and resist cleaning. The floor is sloped toward a rear drain channel, and a pressurized flushing system allows the driver to hose down the entire compartment at the wash station, with wastewater directed out through the drain system. The stainless steel surfaces withstand high-temperature pressure washing and chemical disinfectants used in HACCP and export-level biosecurity protocols.
