The Stainless Steel Lined Refrigerated Truck Body (Food Grade) is purpose-built for the most demanding hygiene-sensitive cold chain applications, including meat processing, seafood, and dairy transport. The interior liner is fabricated from 304-grade stainless steel — a material widely recognized for its corrosion resistance, non-reactivity with food products, and ease of sanitation. The outer skin is available in either FRP or pre-coated aluminum, providing a durable weather barrier while the interior meets commercial food-grade standards.
Stainless steel interior surfaces are fully welded and polished to eliminate crevices, seams, and bacterial harborage points. The floor features integrated T-shaped drainage channels and a seamless stainless steel liner with coved corners for complete wash-down capability. This body is designed for daily high-pressure cleaning and sanitation cycles common in protein processing logistics. When combined with optional accessories such as meat hanging rails and drip trays, the system provides a complete hygienic transport solution for raw and processed animal products.
