Product Description
The Refrigerated Truck Body with Hydraulic Tailgate & Ramp integrates a factory-fitted hydraulic lift tailgate as a standard feature, providing self-contained loading and unloading capability without reliance on dock infrastructure. This body is designed for distribution operations where deliveries are made to locations without loading docks — including restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, and retail sites. The hydraulic tailgate system (compatible with industry-standard models such as Zally or equivalent) enables ground-level pallet loading and unloading with controlled vertical movement.
Available in both PU integral foam and FRP sandwich panel construction, the body is reinforced at the rear frame to accommodate the tailgate mounting structure and hydraulic mechanisms. The tailgate is available in rated lifting capacities from 1,000 kg to 2,000 kg, with platform sizes sized to match standard euro-pallet dimensions. An optional fold-out ramp extension can be integrated for roll-cage or hand-truck access. The body retains full thermal performance with reinforced rear door seals and an insulated rear frame that minimizes cold loss at the loading interface.
