Product Description
The 7.8m Multi-Temperature Refrigerated Truck Body addresses the growing demand for split-load cold chain transport, where frozen and chilled goods must be delivered together in a single trip without cross-contamination or temperature compromise. Featuring an interior volume of approximately 47 m³, this body is available in either FRP sandwich panel or PU integral foam construction, giving fleet operators flexibility in material selection based on budget and duty cycle.
The defining feature of this body is its movable insulated partition wall, which divides the cargo space into two independently temperature-controlled compartments. Each compartment is served by its own evaporator unit and temperature monitoring sensor, enabling the front section to maintain frozen conditions (e.g., -18 °C to -25 °C) while the rear section operates at chilled temperatures (0 °C to +5 °C). The partition rails are recessed into the side walls, allowing quick repositioning to adjust compartment sizes according to the day's load mix.
