Product Introduction

The 9.6 m heavy-duty refrigerated truck body is built with the one-piece PU foam process, so the insulation layer is formed in a single shot with no seams or cold bridges. With an interior length of 9.66 m and a cargo volume of about 57.8 m³, it is a high-capacity choice for trunk cold-chain transport.

The body is reinforced for heavy-duty use: a strengthened high-strength steel subframe with an anti-corrosion coating supports a 3,000 kg/m² floor rating that handles pallet stacking and heavy cargo. Standard panel thickness is 100 mm, with an optional upgrade to 120 mm. The temperature range of -30 °C to +15 °C covers deep-freeze requirements. The body fits heavy-duty truck chassis in the 16–25 t gross vehicle weight range, making it suitable for long-distance trunk and cross-region cold-chain operations.
