9.6m Chick Transport Vehicle - Maximum Capacity
The 9.6m is the largest model in Binglingfang's chick transport lineup. Interior dimensions: 9660×2410×2480mm. Side racks: 560 boxes. Center aisle: 112 boxes. Full load: 672 boxes per trip.
Side doors: 3 per side standard, optional 5 per side. With all side doors, nearly the entire body side can be opened for ventilation or staged loading. The rear three-fold door with independent louver center panel works with the front air inlets to create through-body cross-ventilation.
The T-slot floor ventilation runs the full length of the body. Roof center ventilation window plus side exhaust fans — hot air rises and gets actively expelled.
At 672 boxes, with standard 25 chicks per box, that's 16,800 chicks per load. Built for large hatcheries' daily distribution or chick logistics companies running trunk routes.
Service radius: 500-800km or more. With a diesel heater or A/C, cross-province transport is feasible. The large interior allows adjustable rack heights to accommodate different chick box sizes.
