Product Description
The 4.2m chick transport vehicle requires only a standard C-class license to operate. It holds up to 232 standard chick boxes and is suited for short-distance hatchery deliveries within a 200km radius.
Available with optional temperature control, monitoring sensors, and a diesel generator. The body uses FRP panels with insulation, comparable to refrigerated truck construction.
4.2m Blue Label Chick Transport Vehicle
The 4.2m chick transport vehicle runs on a blue-label (C-class) license, which means any driver with a standard C license can operate it. It's built for hatcheries that need short-distance daily deliveries.
Interior dimensions: 4080×2100×2200mm. The side racks hold 192 chick boxes, and the center aisle fits another 40 boxes stacked, for a total of 232 boxes per trip. Standard chick box size is 640×480×170mm. This capacity covers most small-to-medium hatcheries' daily output.
Structure
The front wall has vertical air inlets on both sides plus a fan-position air inlet in the center, all with manual dampers. Side walls have top and bottom ventilation windows. Stainless steel racks in a two-tier configuration. The rear door is a three-fold design with a louvered center panel that opens independently to create cross-ventilation with the front air inlets.
Optional Equipment
Temperature control: floor heating, diesel heater, or air conditioning. Monitoring: video camera system, temperature probes, CO₂ sensor. Power: 220V diesel generator.
Body Material
FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) skin with insulation core — same construction as refrigerated trucks. Two manufacturing options: FRP sandwich lamination (dry bonding, flexible for custom builds) or polyurethane integral foaming (seamless, better insulation).
Application
Short-distance hatchery-to-farm delivery, typically within 200km radius. Low license requirement makes it easy to find drivers. A solid entry vehicle for new chick transport operations.
