The Refrigerated Truck Body with Floor Rack & Ventilation System is purpose-engineered for the transport of fresh produce, cut flowers, and other perishable goods that require active air circulation around the cargo. The defining feature is the integrated T-shaped ventilation channel floor system, which allows cool air from the reefer unit to circulate beneath pallets and through the cargo stack, preventing hot spots and maintaining uniform temperature distribution throughout the load.

The body is constructed using the FRP sandwich panel method, providing excellent thermal insulation while accommodating the integrated floor ventilation structure. The floor incorporates extruded aluminum T-track channels spaced at regular intervals, creating air gaps beneath pallets for continuous airflow. The system can be paired with optional adjustable shelving or flow-through rack systems for loosely packed or bagged produce. Additional features include a fully draining floor with rear drain outlets and an optional anti-slip floor surface for wet-load operations. Stainless steel drip trays and wall ventilation panels are available for enhanced air circulation in full-pallet loads.
