Vented Chick Transport Vehicle - Structure Overview

The vented (standard) chick transport vehicle is Binglingfang's base model. No independent air conditioning — it relies on natural ventilation and mechanical exhaust to manage the interior environment.

Front Wall

Vertical air inlets on both sides with manual dampers. Center fan-position air inlet with manual damper. Standard 1 interior fan, optional 2. Dampers adjust the opening — full open in summer, half or partially closed in winter.

Side Walls

Top and bottom ventilation windows. Standard manual-open type; upgradeable to stainless steel one-way opening (air enters but won't backflow). Stainless steel racks, two-tier construction.

Side Doors

4.2m: 1 per side. 6.8m: 2 per side. 7.8m: 2 standard, optional 3. 9.6m: 3 standard, optional 5.

Rear Door

Three-fold design with louvered center section. Open just the center panel. Combined with front air inlets, creates cross-ventilation — air flows front-to-back through the body, carrying out heat, moisture, and CO₂.

Roof

Center ventilation window plus side exhaust ports with fans. Hot air rises and fans actively extract it.

Floor

Standard T-slot ventilation channels. Air enters through the floor slots, passes up through stacked chick boxes, and exits at the top — a bottom-to-top ventilation path.

The core principle: maintain the interior environment through airflow organization rather than active refrigeration.
