6.8m Chick Transport Vehicle
The 6.8m is a medium-to-long range vehicle. Interior dimensions: 6800×2410×2480mm. Side racks carry 392 boxes, center aisle another 72 boxes — 464 boxes per trip.
Side doors: 2 per side, double what the 4.2m offers. This allows separate loading and ventilation control for different sections. Stainless steel racks, two-tier. The roof has a center ventilation window plus side exhaust vents with fans. The floor has a T-slot ventilation system standard — air flows from bottom up through the stacked chick boxes, so every tier gets fresh air.
The front wall keeps the same dual-inlet design with manual dampers. Rear three-fold door with independent center louver panel.
What makes the 6.8m versatile: it runs without temperature control on short trips but accepts a diesel heater or A/C unit for medium-distance runs. More interior space means less crowding during loading.
Compatible with medium-duty truck chassis, 6×2 or 4×2 configurations depending on road conditions and budget.
Suitable for chick transport companies with established volume, covering 300-500km per trip.
