Product Description
The Hydraulic Screw Discharge Bulk Feed Transport Truck replaces the conventional mechanical PTO-driven auger with a hydraulic motor transmission system. In this configuration, a hydraulic pump driven by the truck engine supplies pressurized oil to a hydraulic motor mounted directly on the auger shaft. The result is a smoother, more precisely controllable discharge operation compared to mechanical drive trains. Hydraulic drive is particularly advantageous when handling fine powdery feeds and materials with a tendency to bridge or flow unevenly, because the operator can modulate auger speed in real time without changing engine RPM. The elimination of drive chains, gearboxes, and shear pins also translates to lower routine maintenance costs and greater system reliability over the truck's service life.
