Product Introduction

The all-electric bulk feed transport truck is Binglingfang (Qingdao Yakai)'s new-energy product line for green, low-carbon transport, currently offered in two 8×4 models: BJ5311ZSLEVGRF-01 and CA5310ZSLP28L7T4BEVA80. Pure electric drive means zero tailpipe emissions, and the discharge system uses an electric auger too — no external power needed, quiet operation and low running costs.

Both models sit on the 8×4 four-axle high-capacity platform: tank volume of 31–31.44 m³, 3-compartment layout (customizable), 8 m discharge height (customizable), electric auger discharge at 750–800 kg/min, and residual rate below 0.02%. The permanent magnet synchronous motor delivers strong power (max 400–420kW). The discharge auger is 7 m long with ±180° rotation, backed by interlocked electrical protection against phase loss, undervoltage and incorrect phase sequence, plus remote control.

Factory & Process Credentials

Binglingfang (Qingdao Yakai) was founded in 1991 and brings 36 years of special-purpose vehicle manufacturing experience. The company is actively building its new-energy special vehicle business and will keep expanding the new-energy feed truck line to serve modern agriculture and livestock farming. The electric feed trucks carry full approvals — MIIT announcement, AQSIQ, CCC certification, Ministry of Transport fuel consumption and national environmental protection registration — so registration and road legality are straightforward.
