Product Introduction

The ventilated-floor refrigerated truck body is designed for fresh produce transport. It is built with the FRP sandwich process, and the floor is fitted with T-type aluminum ventilation channels (75 × 50 mm, 200 mm center spacing), optionally combined with side wall ventilation panels. Air flows the full length under the pallets, so cold air passes evenly beneath the cargo and quickly removes produce respiration heat.

An integrated floor drain system with a ball valve at the rear outlet lets condensate and defrost water drain quickly. The floor surface can be anti-slip embossed aluminum or stainless steel. The body suits fresh categories with high respiration heat such as leafy vegetables, fruit, and flowers, helping keep goods fresh and reduce spoilage.
