The Small 4.2m Refrigerated Truck Body is a compact cold chain box engineered for urban and last-mile temperature-controlled delivery. With an interior volume of approximately 18.8 m³ and an interior length of 4,080 mm, this body packs reliable thermal performance into a maneuverable footprint that fits standard light-duty truck chassis, making it a practical choice for fleets serving dense city routes, supermarkets, and e-commerce cold chain hubs.

The body is available in two proven insulation constructions: FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) sandwich panels with a high-density insulation core, or full polyurethane (PU) integral foam injection for a seamless, void-free insulation layer. Both options deliver stable temperature retention across the -25 °C to +15 °C operating range, and the corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant FRP exterior keeps long-term maintenance low. Optional side doors, meat hanging rails, floor T-track ventilation, and internal shelving allow the cargo space to be configured for frozen food, fresh produce, dairy, or pharmaceutical loads.
