The Chick Transport Truck with CO₂ Monitoring & Auto Fresh Air Damper from Binglingfang addresses this challenge with an integrated air quality management system. A CO₂ concentration sensor continuously samples the internal atmosphere, and when levels exceed the 3000 PPM threshold, the system automatically adjusts the fresh air damper opening to introduce conditioned outside air and expel stale air. An additional ammonia detection sensor monitors NH₃ buildup from chick litter, providing a second layer of air quality control. The in-cab display shows real-time readings from 6 temperature sensors distributed throughout the cargo compartment, current CO₂ levels, and differential pressure across the ventilation circuit. This system ensures that every chick in every box receives adequate oxygen regardless of loading density or outside conditions.
